Charles finally met his new grandson Archie yesterday, almost two weeks after the baby was born.

The Prince of Wales, 70, travelled to Frogmore Cottage to meet the new royal for the first time, according to Hello magazine.

The royal was away in Germany for the birth of Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan Markle's, 37, first child, and has since been busy with royal engagements.

The baby, who is seventh in line to the throne, has already met his great-grandparents the Queen and Prince Philip, and his grandmother Doria Ragland.
Prince Charles was visiting Berlin for a flying two day visit on Monday 6 May, while son Harry and Meghan welcomed their first child.

He has since been busy with royal engagements, including hosting the Queen's tea party last night, and presenting knighthoods earlier yesterday in London.
